Bosses Day Flowers Medford Oregon Area
I looked into the origins of Bosses Day and here is what I’ve found. Many believe that Bosses Day was just another Hallmark or florist created holiday. Nope. Bosses Day started in 1958 by a secretary working for a State Farm. She chose October 16th as that was her dad’s birthday who was also her boss. Her intention for the holiday was to improve inner office relationships between employees and their bosses. Hallmark did not even offer a Bosses Day card until 1979.
Bosses Day flowers? I’m not sure when that caught on. What I do know is that we here at Judy’s Florist are here to help with any occasion. Bosses Day flowers are usually ordered for delivery on the day, October 16th. When it falls on a Saturday or Sunday, our busiest day the Friday before.
